A group waits for a large document to finish printing.
One man stands closest to the printer, watching it work. There are hundreds of pages.
The machine pulls in a page and feeds it back out.
He doesn’t recognise it.
The page is not part of the document.
He stares at it.
The others continue talking.
It is a bold black and white image of his face.
Another prints.
Again and again.
The printer continues, feeding out page after page.
Each one is an image of him.
With every sheet his face fades.
His face now barely visible on the page.
He collapses.
The final page prints blank.
The printer pauses.
It resumes printing the original document.
The group lifts his body from the floor.
The next page slides out.
It is a bold black and white image of the next man standing closest to the printer.
